Data Deletion Instructions

1. Overview
Digital Checkmark LLC ("Digital Checkmark", "we", or "us") respects your right to privacy and provides you with clear methods to request deletion of your data from our systems. These procedures comply with U.S. privacy standards, including relevant state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and similar state regulations.
2. What Data Can Be Deleted
Depending on your engagement with Digital Checkmark, we may process limited personal or business contact data for communication, automation, and support purposes. Upon verified request, we will remove the following data where applicable:
- Identifiers such as name, phone number, or email address used in client communication systems.
- Stored message logs or support records related to your account.
- Any non-essential data retained in automation or notification tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business integrations).
3. How to Request Deletion
To submit a data deletion request, please contact our privacy team using one of the following methods:

Your request should include sufficient information for us to verify your identity and the scope of your request. We will confirm receipt and complete the deletion process within 30 days, unless a legal or contractual reason requires data retention.
4. Exceptions
We may retain data in limited cases where required by law, regulatory compliance (such as HIPAA for healthcare clients), security auditing, or active service contracts. In such cases, you will be notified of the retention basis.
5. Confirmation
Once deletion is completed, a confirmation will be sent to the email address used to make the request. Any backup or archival copies will be purged automatically within standard retention cycles (up to 90 days).
